Every family has one: the brother who is always a little behind when it comes to his life together. For sisters, Liz (Emily Mortimer), Miranda (Elizabeth Banks) and Natalie (Zooey Deschanel), that person is eternally optimistic brother Ned (Paul Rudd), a former organic farmer whose willingness to rely on the honesty to leave the human race is less than optimal strategy for an order, the absence of symptoms. Ned is completely free of common sense, but he is her brother and so, after his girlfriend dumps him, and boots on the farm, his sisters to come to his rescue again.
