In John Madden, liabilities, are three young foreigners in 1965, tried in East Berlin to find and catch the surgeons at Birkenau, an unscrupulous doctor, the terrible atrocities against Jews during World War II carried out in prison. The trio is Sam Worthington, Marton Csokas and Jessica Chastain David, Stefan and Rainer embodies each played in their younger years. John Madden is no stranger to winning dramas. Shakespeare in Love beat out Saving Private Ryan is good, and Ethan Frome novel in 1993, received. Madden worked the camera like a master at weeding effortlessly history over several decades. The film never loses focus and relies on its strengths - namely the performances of Mirren and Csokas Chastain - to advance the serious action. But in the last acts, the story gets a little lost. Watch Mirren head to Kiev, Ukraine was an act of faith and political values, moral and social begin to suffocate the life that was a thriller better than average at this time.
