Heller, Mitch (Reynolds) and Dave (Bateman) were inseparable best friends, but as the years went by, they drifted slowly to the other. While Dave is a revised law husband and father of three children, Mitch, a man remained quasi-employee-child who never had a position which he loved. Mitch, Dave has it all: beautiful wife Jamie children (Leslie Mann), the worship, and a well-paid job in a prestigious law firm. Dave live true life without stress, without obligation or because Mitch would be a dream.

After a drunken night together, are worlds Mitch and Dave shocked when they wake each other body and continue to freak out. Despite the freedom of their normal routines and habits, the boys soon discover that our lives are not nearly as rosy as it once seemed. Matter is further complicated connected Sexy Dave legal, Sabrina (Wilde), and divorced father of Mitch (Alan Arkin). With time not on their side, Mitch and Dave comical struggle to destroy completely the lives of others before looking for a way to get back their old ones.
